SSC Sign provides a free, client-side browser utility to resize, crop, whiten, and compress image files (such as signatures and photos) to fit specified limits (e.g., 6×2 cm, 300 DPI, 10–20 KB JPEG) required for government registrations.
All processing is executed completely within your local web browser engine. SSC Sign does not host, upload, store, or transmit your processed images to any remote servers. You are solely responsible for obtaining, saving, and uploading the generated image files to official portal destinations.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The tool and all information presented on this site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
While we make every effort to design the formatting algorithms to output files matching official rules published by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) and other organizations, we do not warrant or guarantee that the output images will be accepted by official governmental registration portals.
Acceptance depends on portal-side validation, server-side parameters, or visual verification by staff members. We are not liable for form rejections, registration delays, or missed application deadlines resulting from your use of this utility.
4. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
SSC Sign is an independent, private tool. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), the Government of India, or any other government department.
The official portal for the Staff Selection Commission is ssc.gov.in. Any references to official government exam guidelines are provided purely for informational and utility purposes.
5. Permitted Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use. You may use this tool for personal, non-commercial purposes.
